The Conclave

‘The Conclave’ is a short film created with AI production tools that reimagines one of the world’s most timeless rituals: the papal election. The solemnity of the Sistine Chapel, the anticipation in St. Peter’s Square, the centuries-old traditions of secrecy and faith form the stage. Yet beneath the surface, a quiet tension unfolds among the cardinals, hinting at hidden agendas and a future that refuses to wait. Produced with state-of-the-art AI video generation, The Conclave, written and directed by Federico Luglio, and produced by AIMA productions, blends political thriller, sci-fi, and ancient rituals into a cinematic experiment that questions tradition, progress, and the very nature of leadership in an age of artificial intelligence.

Created with the support of AI-driven tools, 11:11 explores the boundary between the visible and the invisible, inviting the audience to question what lies hidden beneath the surface of the everyday and the power of manifestation.

The Last Winter is a short animated film set in a quiet northern village shaped by snow, long nights, and unspoken distances.
As the cold slowly settles into people’s hearts, the village drifts into silence. Doors close, voices fade, and warmth becomes something remembered rather than shared. Until, on a winter night, two children choose to answer the silence with a simple act: a song.
Told through a handcrafted stop-motion aesthetic and a gentle rhythm, The Last Winter is a modern fairy tale about listening, connection, and the fragile power of music to bring people back together.
This film is a reflection on community, winter, and the small gestures that can soften even the longest cold.

AI MOVIE AWARDS

The AI Movie Awards (AIMA) is the first AI film festival in Spain, and one of the first in Europe.
The festival was created with the mission of giving visibility to films created with artificial intelligence, connecting artists and the public in a space of cultural innovation.
Our first edition will take place in Palma de Mallorca in Spring 2026, featuring screenings, talks, and awards dedicated to the future of filmmaking.
AIMA operates as a curated Content Service Provider, focusing on AI-driven cinematic storytelling and short-form films for cultural and premium distribution channels.
